I'm really let down by their services! My parcel was sent from one country to another and after 14 days, it remains stuck in transit. Contacting anyone is impossible as the system just keeps prompting you to press more buttons. The post office has long lines. Avoid this service; it's a total joke. Look for a courier instead!
