This is one of the most frustrating delivery services I've ever encountered! I've had no issues with other postal services, but this one has been the worst. The delivery staff are arrogant and unhelpful, often imposing extra charges without notice. I still haven't received my package despite multiple attempts to resolve what they claim is a 'wrong address.'
