This is honestly the worst postal service I've ever experienced. In the eight months I've lived here, I've had four packages marked as 'delivered' that never arrived. Customer support is often unresponsive, and when they do reply, they are uncooperative. They claim the package is delivered and suggest I contact the seller for more information. The delivery team seems too lazy to navigate the hill I live on, causing significant delays.
