I sent a package for my aunt in Italy with Christmas gifts and candy for Christmas. The package never arrived but has been marked with “problems” on the Italian homesite. After many attempts of contacting the post office, they finally said that the package is damaged and will never be delivered. Those informations have never been communicated.
