Yet, the company continues to sweep everything under the rug. This time, we are reporting the matter to the police, because nowhere else in Europe is customer service this appalling. It is so pathetic that it has ceased to be amusing.""For andre gang i år har en pakke blitt stjålet – ikke mistet, men stjålet av budet. Den ble ikke levert til pakkeskapet, og det er tydelig hvem som hadde pakken i det øyeblikket. Likevel forsøker selskapet å feie alt under teppet. Denne gangen anmelder vi saken til politiet, for ingen andre steder i Europa finnes det en så elendig kundeservice. Det er så pinlig at det har sluttet å være morsomt."
