They can find the same themes on the platform and customize them affordably. However, the free option includes a watermark. My payments were accurate initially, but in the last two months, I noticed discrepancies in credits for customer purchases. I contacted their customer service but received no resolution and had to explain my issue repeatedly. After 20 days without a fix, I was unpaid for numerous standard purchases. I have deleted my designs, canceled my membership, and urge creators to be aware that I haven't been compensated for three months. Alternatives like other platforms are far better in ensuring payment. Avoid this platform!
