There was no tracking number provided prior to receiving the bollard covers. Upon accessing the status of the items via the website showed "pending" which caused me to believe the order had not even been shipped yet. When I did contact customer service they responded promptly letting me know the tracking status and they were to be received in that same day. I was also provided a time to expect them. The customer service was appreciated making the one star a two star moment.
