Customer Beware!We tried the tailoring services at Pothy's Boutique, T. Nagar, and were disappointed with the results. Not only did they fail to include hooks on my blouses, but they also charged me for options that were never provided. We gave them over a week to complete the stitching, although they initially promised a 2-day turnaround.The stitched clothes were delivered just a few days before we were about to leave the city. When I raised the issue with the person in charge, she insisted everything had been checked before delivery. After sharing pictures of the incomplete blouses, she promised to get back to us within a day.It’s now been over a month, and we still haven't received any response.
