I accidentally signed up and was charged twice. Then I requested for an account deactivation however, my subscription was unexpectedly upgraded without my authorization. Despite my request to terminate the account, I was still charged for the upgraded service. I was then requested to leave a positive review and mention Emerald like some of you here have done before a refund can be processed. They are a scam.
