I’ve shopped with Potters Cookshop a lot and they’ve never disappointed. I recently ordered a new pan set after searching high and low for the right one. The website is easy to navigate, ordering is simple, and the packaging is secure but not excessive - everything was recyclable too, which is a big plus.I also have to mention on a previous order an item went out of stock just as they were closing and they called me straight away to apologise and make sure I was happy with the rest of the order. That’s genuinely personalised customer service and one of the reasons I will keep shopping with them.
