The parcel never arrived – according to GLS, it was registered as “manco” (lost) after 2/3 weeks of waiting.Despite several emails, the seller refused to provide a refund or replacement, only offering me a discount on a future order.Unfortunately, my experience shows that if something goes wrong with delivery, this seller does not take responsibility.
