Extremely disappointing experience. I arranged for a freezer to be delivered, paid for assistance with the delivery and carrying it inside, along with an additional person. I selected a delivery date (a Monday). However, on the Friday before, I received a message at 4 PM stating that the delivery date had been changed because the delivery team was unavailable. I had placed my order two weeks prior, and when I attempted to verify this, I found myself at number 44 in the queue on a Friday afternoon, making it impossible to reach anyone. The chat support was unhelpful as well, only advising me to cancel and reorder. This was particularly frustrating since I had taken a day off work for the delivery. Then, on Sunday, I received an email indicating that the delivery would occur on Monday after all. The entire situation was confusing and inconvenient, with no way to directly contact someone for clarification. Improvements are needed.
