Formally addressing my poor experience...

I am formally addressing my recent experience at the customer service center regarding a robot vacuum cleaner I purchased. From day one, the robot showed an error message indicating that the wheels were suspended. After two weeks of errors, I returned to the customer service center seeking help. Each visit or contact resulted in being told to 'come back tomorrow' without proper explanation or assistance. This treatment feels unprofessional and unacceptable. I explicitly requested either a return or an exchange due to my dissatisfaction with the product. I was informed that exchanges were not possible and that if I wished to return the product, it would be held for inspection. I was told that if no issue was found, I would have to take it back, which is confusing, as consumer policy grants me the right to return unsatisfactory products. The staff seemed unfamiliar with this policy, as they were reading it for the first time in front of me. The most troubling aspect was the behavior of one staff member, who misbehaved, raised his voice, and shouted at me. No customer, especially a woman, should be treated this way. When I mentioned contacting authorities due to his behavior, he quickly left. Another staff member later apologized for him, but that is insufficient. I have video evidence of the incident and am requesting a direct apology from the involved staff member, as well as acknowledgment of his unacceptable behavior. Accountability is essential, and this matter should not be ignored. I returned the product, exercising my rights as a customer. While the product issue was frustrating, the treatment I received is the main reason for this complaint. I expect this issue to be taken seriously and addressed promptly. I look forward to your response and an appropriate resolution.
