Formal Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service Experience

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience at the customer service center related to a robot vacuum cleaner I purchased. From the beginning, the robot displayed an error indicating that the wheels were suspended. After two weeks of encountering errors, I returned seeking assistance. Each time I reached out or visited, I was told to ‘come back tomorrow’ without receiving proper explanation or help. This strikes me as unprofessional and unacceptable. Since I was unhappy with the product, I explicitly requested either a return or an exchange. I was informed that an exchange was not an option and that if I wanted to return the product, it would be held for inspection. I was also told that if no issue was found, I would have to take the product back. This logic is baffling, as consumer policy states that I have the right to return a product if dissatisfied. Unfortunately, it appeared that the staff were not fully informed of this policy and seemed to be reading it for the first time in my presence. The most concerning issue was the behavior of one staff member, who behaved inappropriately, raised his voice, and shouted at me. No customer, especially a woman, should be treated this way. When I mentioned involving the authorities due to his conduct, he immediately left the area. Another staff member later apologized on his behalf, but that is not enough. I have a video recording of the incident and am formally requesting a direct apology from the involved staff member, as well as recognition of his unacceptable conduct. Accountability is crucial, and this matter should not be overlooked. I want to stress that I did return the product, exercising my rights as a customer. While the product issue was frustrating, the way I was treated is the primary reason for this complaint. I expect this issue to be taken seriously and addressed without delay. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.
