Honestly, I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this experience was a total disaster. I mean, seriously though, I’m seeing so many people complaining about the exact same thing—delivery delays that never end. My order has been "processing" for ages, and every time I try to get an update, the customer service is either unreachable or gives me some scripted nonsense. Ugh, it’s so frustrating
