Beware! My first purchase in this store and my last!!! Do read all the negative reviews of this store before anyone proceed to purchase fr this store, i regretted I didn’t! This stall don't resolve customer issues effectively hence cause lot of problem ! I stack silver past 30yrs and this is my life worst experience encountered and in this store! This is my first purchase fr this store and such bad and horrible experience . Their customer service very slow and systems error, despite login as new customer, keep indicated authentication failed ,the staff ask me proceed to bank transfer first and refund me the 8 percent later but after i transfered the $2019, they refuse to refund instead offer a 5% for next purchase. This is so unacceptable. I was shock they sent me a 8% disc for first order but I couldn’t use it due to their system problem, so after I paid $2019
Euro I ask them refund 8% of what I paid , instead they threaten if I cancel my order they will imposed 5% of $2019. This store if for whatsoever reason cancel order they imposed 5% penalty even if it is due to valid reason like product quality, dissatisfaction, so think twice if deal this store. They are not professional and not reliable store, I strongly don’t recommend as I also bought from
