They did not ask me to leave this review or give them a 5-star rating. I'm doing it because it's important to me to be fair to people who are fair to me.My relationship with PoweredBooks got off to a rough start to where I ended our contract, Zach Chambers and Katie Jacobs stepped in to save the day and made me whole by addressing a host of concerns and pending items.Mistakes happen in business, and all too often, companies think short-term and move on without making earnest efforts to make amends, but not PoweredBooks. They took responsibility and handled my issues with the expertise and forthrightness I expected of them from Day 1.Kudos to the team at PoweredBooks for making things right.
