We are in the middle of transferring our books to them. Its been bumpy and their communication could be better at helping us go through a step-by-step explanation of the process. We have to initiate every conversation and we wish they would be more proactive in letting us know things that may need to be done. However, the staff has been very friendly and willing to take time to help us work through things when we do call with questions or problems.
