Subscription was automatically taken out of the bank, at a much higher cost, without any prior notification. Plus, the subscription was already cancelled a couple of weeks before on the app. Rang customer services who were very unhelpful and offered just a £70 refund when £324 was taken. I was told they aren't notified with cancellations from the app - then why is this even an option? This is unacceptable service and is basically a theft from my bank account from PoweredNow.
