Ordered a toaster and after waiting for weeks I contacted them via email to find out why I haven’t received it. They apologised and said there’s a delay and they can offer me %10 discount if I would still want the product. I said yes and waited for the product. A couple of weeks later I email them again asking why I still haven’t received the product and they said it is out of stock and that they will issue me a full refund. I am still waiting for the refund I will try to contact them tomorrow
