The delivery is scheduled for Monday, but this only happened because I had to follow up. I agree with others who experienced poor after sales service. I placed a large order and called multiple times for clarification but received no callbacks. The delivery was scheduled for today, but I was informed late that it would be between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM. When I called to check, I was told it would be within an hour, which caused me stress. When the items arrived, the kitchen tap was missing, and I was left to chase it up myself. This experience has made me reconsider future purchases.
