I purchased the PowerMax JOGPAD 4HP Treadmill, and it has been the worst buying experience I’ve ever had. Within a few days, the treadmill’s belt started getting stuck — a serious safety hazard — and it made loud metallic noises. For a ₹25,000+ product, the build quality is unacceptable.The bigger problem, however, is PowerMax’s completely unreliable after-sales service. Even after paying extra for an upgrade and additional ₹3,700 for pickup and packaging, it has been more than 15 days and the old unit has still not been picked up. I have been raising this issue for over a month now, with no resolution or proper communication.Their support team — particularly Ashwin Mandavkar and Sushil Rajbhar — has been unresponsive, unprofessional, and dismissive. Calls go unanswered, and promises are never followed through.This is a clear case of customer negligence and poor service ethics. I strongly urge PowerMax to take accountability and fix their support system. Until then, I cannot recommend this brand to anyone. If you value your money and time, stay away from PowerMax products.
