They have let me down in the past, as discussed in a previous review, by failing to credit my account with a promised bonus and ignoring my inquiries. This time, it happened again. Although it was a small bonus for completing a survey, I was surprised to find that it wasn't granted, and the email support on their site is not functional for raising the issue (not that they would address it anyway). They truly are among the least reliable options available.
