The site is glitchy and untrustworthy regarding the bonuses listed in my account. I had a $15 bonus bet and a $10 bonus bet available. After claiming the $15 one and checking, it wasn’t credited. When I contacted support, they acted as if it didn’t exist. After I provided a screenshot of the $10 bonus, they credited that to me but claimed the $15 one was probably in old notifications, which isn’t true. I have proof of this. The spins I claimed also didn’t work.
