Very disappointing experience. I ordered a 21 inch gas snow blower, but it arrived over a week late and lacked several essential screws and knobs for assembly. After using my own hardware to put it together, I tried it on my driveway with light, powdery snow, but a plastic piece near the blade broke almost immediately, rendering the machine useless. I've reached out to customer support several times over the past 10 days via email and phone, but only received automated replies. I'm extremely frustrated with the lack of assistance and resolution. I advise against purchasing from this company unless you're ready for significant issues and no support.
