Powersmart are scammers, selling cheap Chinese garbage. When you try to return it they will use stall tactics to send a message from Ai instead of a person asking for a bunch of crap when they know exactly what they sent you, to screw you out of returning the junk they send you. Which is exactly what they have pulled on me. I sent them a message the day after I got it asking them to take it back. I didnt see the response for a couple weeks, in that time I had two storms. I used it twice, it broke down during the second use. It doesnt even have five hours on the motor the choke fell apart, and the transmission or drive for the blower broke. The wheels wont turn unless I lift them off the ground now. I sent them a response asking to speak to a person and for a refund and for them to send me a new box again for the second time as the one that came with it was destroyed when I received it, or for them to come take this junk, and refund me. Now what do I get back for a message? From Nina "Im sorry it is past the valid return date!" So now I have to dispute this with the bank to get my money back, bring this grabage to the dump, send a message, and leave reviews at the better business bureau and here on trust pilot. I had to go buy a real snow blower from arien and let me tell you that snow blower does what this did with 6 times the snow in a 3rd the time it took this one with 2 inches. Stay as far away from this business as possible save yourself some issues and buy a blower from a reputable company. As now I have had to buy a snow blower from them and one from arien to get one good blower and theirs wasnt the good one clearly!
