The machine is excellent and we have no hesitation in recommending it. Regretably the couriers let the suppliers, and us, down badly. First day of delivery they didn't show but offered a lame excuse. Second day didn't show and no excuse, just a belated note to say they couldn't make it. Third day their attempt successful but no-one knocked the door and the cardboard boxes were left out on our step in the rain with charger and batteriy pack on top. Bizarre behaviour. Suggest a change. Because of this, what might have been a five star machine was reduced to a three star experience
