Worst customer service I have ever receivedI visited with my boyfriend just 5 minutes after opening. We were the only customers in the store. From the second we walked in, the staff member was rude and completely uninterested in helping us even though we were there to buy more Milwaukee bits.At the till, as we were about to make payment, my partner asked “do you do a cash price?” The staff member immediately said no (fair enough – not everywhere dose ) and then the staff member went on to say “not paying VAT is why the country is in the state it’s in.” It was brief but made us both instantly uncomfortable – we just wanted to leave.I don’t think personal political views should be voiced while trying to upsell products. The showroom is lovely, but this was the worst customer service I have ever received. Such a shame the staff are so rude.
