Ordered a power tool with the incorrect one delivered, attempted to return for the correct tool but was told would be a charge of £30 for shipping and admin fees (despite us paying return shipping costs). Would not accept a return unless I prepaid for the correct tool before returning.Awful customer service, argumentative and would advise to buy your goods ANYWHERE ELSE.
