I used to tell other people to switch to Power Wizard, my experience was so positive. But something seems to have changed, because they downgraded my service level from Gold to Silver without informing me, all due to a supposed billing issue they cannot explain. A new credit card number was provided, yet it did not matter, in terms of resolving an issue which, again, they cannot fully explain. Which means in essence, that they no longer provided the service they once did. Being moved from Gold to Silver is the difference between them doing the job they charge for, and the customer being expected to do so, to the degree it is hard to explain what their Silver level offers. As a result, my bill doubled, while I was under the impression they were still performing the service. And all of this was explained as being due to the fact I have a Mac email account.
