Not very happy with Powtoon because I feel scammed by the company. I bought a "Powtoon Classic lifetime" account two years ago after seeing a Facebook ad for it. Then I tested it thoroughly regarding its functionality and decided to keep it without refunding it after I had made sure that I was able to use and fully export with all features both FREE and PRO templates without any watermark. Now since last month, suddenly I can't export PRO templates anymore and support keeps lying into my face saying only FREE templates would be included asking me to "upgrade". Thet clearly downgraded my account to convince me to "upgrade" with crazy popup windows. Incredible scam.
