The Poynt terminal works great & the money is always transferred as expected. But their support team is a joke - wait on hold, get transferred, wait again, get transferred again, repeat, repeat, repeat.....Just to make a change to the bank account we use is a nightmare, after 1hr 15min I'm waiting to be transferred for the 5th time and once again more bad hold music. Apparently they do not believe customers have anything better to do during working hours.
