I've had nothing but issues with the new terminal that I was basically forced to upgrade to. Spent hours a day on the phone with customer service that seem to have no idea what a Multi-Mid terminal is suppose to do. I've been "accidentally" hung up on multiple times by customer service who I believe just didn't want to deal with the issue.
