Customer service is great! however the course is not realistic. I took the on demand and the time they estimate the lecture to take is unreasonable (usually is one hour what they estimate but in reality it takes you at least 2) and then they quiz you right away with very tough questions about what you just read so it leads to frustration. Same as the diagnostic questions they are tough and ended up frustrating you.
