Website is constantly down. Cannot access learning portal. On the rare occasion it launches properly, I'm unable to proceed past the introductory "study schedule" section. The program fails while submitting the completed section, and when re-launched it takes me back to the beginning. I did not pay $400+ for a groundhog day-esque portal that does not allow access to the library, sample questions, or practice exams.
