Can not make a payment by credit card. Order Confirmation show:Pending Payment.PPI Customer Service repeat telling me by email:The cc address you used may have declined due to address. It has to be the address that the credit card is address to.Please see remit to information at the bottom of page for Wire/ACH or Check Payments.I really don't understand what the custormer service mean.the billing address and shiping address are same as my credit card address when I made order.My friend encount same situation.
