Why would an order be accepted and email notifications sent about order processing if the payment wasn’t taken at the time of purchase? This caused me a canceled order and honestly now I will not be ordering for PPI. Nonsensical to notify the customer of a receipt only to notify them TWO days later that the order never even completed.
