I ordered my book Friday and paid for 2-day air shipping to ensure it arrived before a trip. I received an order confirmation email, and no other communication. On Tuesday I called to verify it was on its way and would arrive shortly. I was instead told there was a “hold” on my account, and it had not shipped. When I asked, I was given no reason for the hold. When I then asked for accelerated shipping since the delay was not on my part, I was told the only way was for me to pay more for faster shipping. So, I should receive my book later than the original 2 day air shipping, but had to pay more for even more expedited shipping. I feel that I should have been refunded my shipping cost so I pay instead for the speed of shipping I received.
