As of 2:30PM on 6/6, still no reply and no books.On Thursday, 6/1, I placed an order for 4 copies of NCIDQ Interior Design Reference Manual and requested expedited shipping- Next Day Air Saver-.Today, 6/5, I checked my account and see my credit card payment of $1,106.95 is still listed as pending, and my order has not shipped yet. Can you please tell me why the order has not been processed and shipped yet?
