I was surprised to see that the first box I received had items in it that had clearly been used. On contacting Taking Care, they said they refurbish and reissue items but this was not mentioned in their adverts. They did send me a new box quickly and gave me instructions on how to send back the first box. The set up was straightforward and my only complaint was how cold the chain is on your neck when you first put it on. I have since bought a cotton lanyard. All is ok and havnt had to use it yet.
