The process to order the personal alarm for my elderly mother was very easy. The alarm arrived promptly-I’d missed the next day delivery as that has to completed before 1pm but it arrived the day after.Setting up the alarm was very straight forward -the information booklet told me exactly word for word what the central unit would say -so recommend to read that fully first. During the final set up part you get to speak with one of the excellent team who willingly answered all our questions and then we were good to go.
