My wife ordered their Bird Pun Coasters in January 2023 as Christmas presents for later this year.Spent £42 including delivery for two sets.Received early February and totally disappointed with the quality of the artwork. Very blurred and cheap looking.Requested return and refund but company refused to sanction return and would not give a return address despite several requests.After offering £5 initial "compensation", this was eventually increased to £9 so we're still substantially out of pocket with crappy product that will literally be thrown away.Having read similar reviews, now realise that buying from them is a mistake never to be repeated.
