Also appear to use following names: ethhti Co.,Ltd, Not sure where to begin....1/ After ordering the above I was overcharged, received a series of emails telling me I would be refunded but I'm still waiting a refund2/ As I wasn't happy with responses wrt overcharge I requested the order be cancelled. I then received a series of emails with a different excuse as to why i could not cancel the order less than 12 hrs after submitting it.3/ The cap arrived yesterday (despite the online tracket saying it was currently being inspected by customs in USA) and it, to put it simply, is rubbish, cheap material, poorly made and looks like something worth £1.50 and not £15.4/ The email address for customer services - support @ 24hservice.vip which accompnaies the cap does not appear to be valid - gmail keeps returning 'Address Not Found' error so its unlikely I will hear from them again 5/ I have opened a dispute with Paypal but I think I can kiss goodbye to my £18I've only been bitten once before by online ordering and that again was via a META hosted social media platform. So that's me sticking to either Amazon or recognised brands in future.
