I booked a video consultation via the web and received a link for the session in advance. However, upon clicking the link, it redirected me to an app that consistently crashed. Despite this technical hiccup, the doctor was kind enough to initiate an audio call through Practo. Additionally, I made several attempts to link my Paytm wallet, but encountered failures each time.When I reached out to Practo support for assistance, they instructed me to reinstall the app and try again, However, it's worth noting that I had already performed a fresh installation of the app prior to booking the appointment . They also requested that I share a screen recording of the issue, but didn't made any effort in check the any logs of wallet linking error on their own side.
