I am writing this review after 4-5 years of usage. Found this product after trying all sorts of treatments like Ayurveda, ointments, stool softeners, sitz bath, doctor appointments, dietary changes, had night mares, depression. Nothing was significant. Found this miracle product after researching online and made a try. Within a week it was recovered. Later I rarely used once or twice a year. Just ordered a new one, advertised myself in big groups and adding this review now.
