Well , where to begin...This cream is made from magic..it has to be...it actually works...i bought mine about 2 months ago and like everyone else ignored the instructions and i only use it when needed.it has and does have a mild warming/cooling sensation i know i know that doesnt sound right but it works, honest.I have a prolapsed hemaoroid which ive had for years.Only those who have have a burnt arse after a stomach upset will know what the pain is like...BUT..this soothes and comforts..its like a bum dummy ...if you are suffering...dont..just buy this...it really does work....ps im in Ireland and it came after only a week or so..its the best money i have ever spent.
