I went through hell with the condition and I was so desperate I would try anything. In the end the only thing that worked was to take a laxative like Laxido or Movicol regularly, increase water intake and have a diet overhaul. That done, after some time it is finally manageable. I understand the desperation that leads people to believe in a “miracle cure” like this, especially when you read the “fantastic” reviews. However it is just a cream, and apart from soothing the immediate area, did nothing whatsoever to heal my fissure.
