I’m happy to see that many others have had positive experiences, but unfortunately, my own has been very disappointing. If there were an option for zero stars, I would have chosen that. I placed my order over two weeks ago, with a promised completion time of seven days. It seems there was a surge in orders right after mine was placed. They did respond initially to my questions about the order status, but now I’m stuck in an auto-response email loop, with messages stating that their team is ‘on it’. I genuinely regret not returning to a previous service where both the process and the final product were completely satisfying. Regrettably, my experience has been a complete failure.
