I had to fill out this form and pay twice because there was NO clarity on Applicant vs Co-Applicant. If I have my credit checked twice and it impacts my credit score because of the double check, that defeats the purpose of a credit check. Also, if I don't have a pay stub because I am retired, there is no option to indicate that. Really NOT a user-friendly form.

The tenant fills out the online application and uploads their paperwork. We notify both parties when the application is submitted.
Real estate professionals can review the renters application, run credit reports, criminal background checks and eviction history. Screening reports come from transunion (MySmartMove) and other consumer reporting agency's. Upon approval a lease can be auto-generated from the rental application.
