PL has been great. The coaches are awesome and very knowledgeable. They are very professional, provide encouragement, try to get you to figure things out before just giving you an answer, and sometimes give out some tough truths (when needed). I have learned a lot and grown from being involved with them. Their online portal gives the opportunity to keep track of progress and their weekly calls are recorded giving an opportunity to still participate if you can’t do it live (which is important for busy schedules).
